2019年4月24日是第四个“中国航天日”。今年，中国航天日特邀法国作为主宾国。中法两国在航天领域合作成果如何?法国的航天青少年科普活动怎么样?法国国家空间研究中心首席运营官莱昂纳尔·苏切特接受了记者专访，一一解答。

　　It's the fourth "Space day" on April 24th, 2019 in China. This year China invited France as the guest of honor. As the chief operating officer of the French National Space Research Center, Lionel Suchet accepted an exclusive interview with Hunan Daily.

　　中法航天合作不断迈上新台阶

　　“航天领域的合作对法国和法国国家空间研究中心都非常重要。”莱昂纳尔·苏切特说，“中国是我们的重要合作伙伴之一。”

　　"The cooperation in space domain is very important for France and CNES." Lionel Suchet said: "And China is one of the most important partners for us." In recent years, the cooperation between France and CNSA has been continuously strengthened.

　　近年来，中法航天合作不断迈上新台阶。2018年10月29日，中法航天合作的首颗卫星--中法海洋卫星发射成功。“目前海洋卫星运行非常好。”苏切特表示，“我们有了更多精准和及时的巨浪、海洋风暴、大气等数据，为全球气候变化研究提供基础信息。” 全球气候变化是全人类共同面对的挑战，海洋卫星成功发射体现了中法两国共同应对气候变化挑战的决心。

　　The first oceanic satellite jointly developed by China and France was successfully launched on October 29th, 2018. Suchet said:" We have a lot of useful data to understand waves and oceans, also the atmosphere and the interaction of the atmosphere." Global climate change is a common challenge for all mankind. The satellite reflects the determination of China and France to jointly address the challenges of climate change.

　　人类探索太空的脚步加快，对此，苏切特说：“太空会有竞争，而更多的是合作。”就在一个月之前，中国国家航天局与法国国家空间研究中心签署了关于航天后续合作意向书。“未来中法将在探月、观测气候变化和太空医学方面有更多的合作。” 苏切特说，这一次代表法国来参加这次大会，他非常期待未来中法航天不断加强合作。

　　Nowadays, the aerospace industry is becoming increasingly important with the pace activities increasing. Lionel Suchet said: "Space have competition, and more is cooperation." Just a month ago, China National Space Administration and the French National Space Research Center signed a letter of space cooperation. "In the future, China and France will have more cooperation on space flight, observation of climate change and space medicine." Lionel Suchet said that he is looking forward to more space cooperation in the future.

　　传承航天精神也是航天工程的一部分

　　“中国在向青少年传承和普及航天知识这方面做得很棒，这也是我们一直努力的方向。”苏切特说，在法国，他们会去到各大学校举行演讲，并邀请青年人来到法国国家空间研究中心参观并参与到项目中来。苏切特表示，最重要的是要让青年人知道什么是航天，激发青少年对科学的兴趣，引导青少年探索未知、敢于创新。

　　导航、定位、移动通信、广播通信、天气预报……航天技术的发展其实和生活息息相关。苏切特说，未来，航天更将渗透到日常生活的方方面面，远远超过现有认知范围。如果人类从未发展过航天技术，那么我们今天的生活将黯然失色。

　　The most important thing to know is what aerospace includes, such as navigation, positioning, mobile communications, broadcast communications, weather forecasting. Lionel Suchet said that in the future, space will be everywhere. All the domain of activities will use space. "It's very important for the youth to think about space." Suchet told the reporter, "This is what we're doing in France. And you are doing the same in China. It's very important for our future and society."

　　希望下次有更多的时间感受湖南

　　这不是苏切特第一次来中国，不过这是他第一次来长沙。苏切特说道：“我觉得长沙是一座非常不一样的城市，这些壮观的建筑让我觉得这是一次非常棒的经历，很开心来这里参加这次大会。”

　　参加完下午的论坛，苏切特就要去往其他的城市，他有点小遗憾：“我觉得湖南是一个让人非常难忘的地方。希望下次我能再一次来这里，好好感受锦绣潇湘。”

　　This is not the first time Suchet has come to China, but this is his first time in Changsha. Suchet said: "I think Changsha is a marvelous city. I am very happy to be here today."

　　After attending the afternoon forum, Lionel Suchet is going to other cities, he is a little regret. "What I saw is very impressive and I hope I will go back in Changsha to see more."
