6. If the right to use of the allocated land after merger and acquisition is disposed according to the leasing method, land transfer fees can be calculated and charged 30% of evaluating amount of its minimum standard in 5 years, by which is regulated by our country. If disposed according to the transfer method, the land transfer fees are charged 50% of regulated minimum standard. If it is paid off within 60 days, the preference of 20% of amount payable can be provided. If it is paid by installment, the balance is allowed to be paid off within 5 years when the transfer amount of 20% is paid firstly within 60 days. 7. For merger and contract, the allocated land, on the premise of not transferring and changing functions, can not carry out the compensated use within 5 years.
